Enrolments
Starting in 2026, Appin Park Primary School is moving to the Department of Education’s secure digital enrolment system, VicStudents. This new process allows parents and carers to submit Foundation (Prep) applications online and receive real-time updates through the portal.
How to Enrol for Foundation 2027
To begin your child's enrolment, please follow these steps:

Access the Portal: Visit the VicStudents Enrolment Portal.

Sign In: All users must sign in using a Service Victoria account. If you do not have one, you will be guided to create one.

Submit Application

Prepare Documentation: Have digital copies of your proof of address, proof of name, and date of birth ready to upload.
Security and Support
The VicStudents system meets high-level Victorian Protective Data Security Standards to ensure your information remains secure. Once you accept an offer, you will be required to provide additional personal and health information which is then shared securely with the school.
